The shared service desk responsibilities involve providing customer support via phone, utilizing the Netfor knowledge base, and documenting issues and solutions. As a bookkeeper, you will create financial transactions, generate reports, post information to accounting software, and reconcile accounts. This 100% remote position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of both departments. Some overtime may be required. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for instructional calls, question and answer calls, and handling of all other customer issues by performing question/problem diagnosis, searching knowledge-based articles, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment
  • Answering phone calls with a smile is a must
  • Able to clearly communicate directions in a user-friendly, professional manner and clearly document the issue and solution in ticketing software
  • Create financial transactions which include posting information to accounting software such as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices
  • All other duties as assigned
