Requirements

• Proven experience in SharePoint Online design
• Strong understanding of SharePoint security best practices, including sensitivity labels
• Ability to act as a change agent, facilitating the shift to a modern document management environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in supporting and resolving SharePoint-related issues
• Ability to train and guide partners to become subject matter experts

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a SharePoint environment for European locations to centralize documents, policies, and resources
• Work with European stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical SharePoint requirements
• Design, configure, and maintain custom web parts, document libraries, lists, and site collections to meet business and security needs
• Lead the implementation of SharePoint solutions, particularly for HR, ensuring functionality, capacity, and security
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet departmental needs
• Train and support end users across European plants in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration
• Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for SharePoint-related issues
• Work with the IT team to resolve SharePoint framework issues and ensure security best practices are followed
• Lead change management, promoting modern document storage practices and empowering stakeholders as future experts
