Summary
Join Aretum, a mission-driven organization, as a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer. Collaborate with various teams to translate project requirements into functional applications. Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online and migrate legacy sites. Build integrations between SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services. Design and develop solutions using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance. Participate in code reviews and agile processes. Due to the nature of the work, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint in enterprise environments
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP, and M365 tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online intranet and team collaboration sites
- Migrate legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online (Modern)
- Build integrations between SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SPFx, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Create business rules and automation logic to facilitate data workflows across Power Platform and Microsoft SharePoint
- Integrate solutions with REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and testers
- Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Experience in user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG) is a plus
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, React
