Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards
• Document, track, and manage inventory using best practices and digital tools
• Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting shipment details
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine shipping processes
• Serve as an SME for AI training, providing feedback and annotating data to enhance AI performance
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and technical staff
