Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or maritime industries
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in shipping-related positions
• Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Analytical skills to evaluate candidates' fit for roles effectively
• In-depth understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, including key roles, responsibilities, and trends
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and workforce dynamics
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setup

Responsibilities

• Find new customers for a business. It involves creating awareness, generating leads, and converting them into paying customers
