Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in building software solutions
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Proven experience with building services, supportability, and monitoring infrastructures
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals
  • Experience in DevOps tools, docker, terraform and K8s
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining web servers, load balancers, relational databases, storage systems, and messaging systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Responsibilities

  • Improve and manage infrastructure to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Write and review code, develop documentation, capacity plans, and optimize service costs
  • Set up Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and engage with partner teams to develop, track, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Implement monitoring for infrastructure and applications
  • Share an on-call rotation with partner teams and serve as an escalation contact for service incidents

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer)
