Summary

Join Codurance, a leading IT professional services consultancy, as a Platform Engineer! Help clients with projects like cloud migrations and CI/CD pipeline setup. We are looking for someone with experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), infrastructure as code, containerization, and monitoring tools. Requirements

  • Experience building out scalable and automated cloud platforms, preferably on AWS (or Azure)
  • Experience with provisioning and supporting cloud infrastructure, using infrastructure as code and CI/CD, using tools such as Terraform , ARM (Azure Resource Manager) or Cloudformation (AWS)
  • Experience with containerisation technology and various orchestration platforms e.g. Docker, Kubernetes etc
  • Worked with external partners on requirements and designs that scale and are delivered on time
  • Experience with ELK or BeeHive or similar (Grafana, Graphite)
  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring (preferably New Relic)
  • Strong foundations in service observability and service design
  • Strong commitment to doing things in a sustainable and secure way

Responsibilities

Help our clients on specific projects like a migration to the cloud, supporting a team of Software Craftspeople and setting up CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in provisioning tools such as Ansible/Puppet/Chef
  • Basic programming language knowledge in order to provide tooling (Python, Bash, PowerShell etc)
  • Run performance and load tests at scale, and are able to forecast capacity for the future
  • Knowledge and interest in working with security practices (SAST), secret management
