Requirements

• 2+ years of investigative claims experience in Property claims in the insurance industry, with excellent customer focus (and experience working with SIU)
• Working knowledge of investigative techniques for Property Claims, i.e., Theft, Fire, Water and Weather losses
• Ability to analyze data, plan case strategy, prepare case reports, and partner with Claims team members to prove or rule out suspect factors on property losses
• Tech savvy and comfortable with advanced investigative tools (ISO, Accurint, TLO, etc.)
• Able to create and implement investigative processes

Responsibilities

• Assist Claims Advocates in insurance Property investigations as it pertains to suspicious indicators
• Serve as a liaison between NICB & local and federal law enforcement agencies
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with Lemonade Integral Staff
• Assist in the reporting, analysis, and investigation of policies suspected of fraud related to claims and underwriting
• Attend and provide essential fraud awareness training
• Prepare and submit initial and follow-up reports detailing all findings and actions taken on suspicious claims

Benefits

• Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - 60,000 plus equity + benefits
