Summary

The job is for a Manager - Collections Specialist Team at SmartCoin, a financial inclusion organization with a mission to provide micro-loans to underserved segments. The role involves managing the tele-calling team, ensuring smooth flow of work, and maximizing profitability through collections and recovery of overdue payments.

Responsibilities

• Managing and Supervising the tele-calling team, and collection agencies
• Ensuring smooth flow of work
• Responsible for collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers
• Guiding and driving the collection force to achieve the set targets
• Making calls on high-risk delinquent accounts, settling accounts, and resolving customer queries
• Responsible for achieving the target from Risk X to Written off cases and reducing the delinquency rate of the locations
• Ensuring all process parameters set by the company are adhered to and monitored
• Responsible for hiring new collection agents/executives for dpds/locations as per requirements
• Taking regular reviews from all the agents/ collectors for the assigned pool
