Summary
Join Wellhub's SMB Sales team in Brazil as an Inside Sales Analyst! Manage a high volume of leads across various channels, negotiating with small businesses (20-100 employees). Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales in technology or SaaS companies
- Ability to manage sales to small businesses, with a short closing cycle
- Consultative and strategic approach to client management, with assertiveness based on structured discovery
- Experience in converting already qualified inbound leads
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple communication channels
- Organization and discipline to handle a high-volume pipeline of opportunities
- Results-oriented, with the ability to plan and deliver objectives efficiently
- Ability to lead interactions with prospects and clients, acting as a facilitator in the sales process to drive closures
- Collaborative profile, building relationships with colleagues and other areas to achieve strategic objectives
- Ability to conduct business conversations at different hierarchical levels, negotiating with a win-win approach and adapting your message to the client's needs
- Resilience and persistence to maintain focus on results, even in the face of challenges or obstacles
- Experience with Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate with small businesses (20-100 employees), adapting your approach to each client's profile
- Conduct negotiations through various channels, such as phone, video calls, chat, and email
- Develop personalized commercial proposals, demonstrating how Wellhub adds value to different types of businesses in a consultative manner
- Manage a high-volume pipeline, ensuring efficient conversion of opportunities
- Negotiate with leads from inbound and outbound marketing strategies, maximizing closing chances
- Strategically work on conducting, negotiating, and closing solid and sustainable deals
- Maintain focus on revenue generation and efficient process execution, using Salesforce as a CRM tool
