Summary

Join Finca La Donaira, a luxury eco-retreat in Andalusia, Spain, as their freelance Social Media Assistant. This remote position offers flexible hours and focuses on creating high-quality short-form video content (reels and posts) for Instagram and LinkedIn. You will edit raw video content, schedule and publish posts, and help share the finca's philosophy of regenerative agriculture, natural horsemanship, and wellness. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Spanish and English proficiency, video editing skills, and aesthetic sensitivity. On-site visits may be arranged for additional compensation. This role is perfect for a freelance editor or social media creative seeking a purposeful and impactful project.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
  • Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of social media formats (especially reels and Instagram)
  • Ability to create mindful, high-quality content that reflects a refined and conscious brand
  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video content (with subtitles)
  • Schedule and publish posts
  • Share the company philosophy through honest, elegant, and intentional content
  • Transform raw video content into high-quality reels and posts for Instagram (and occasionally LinkedIn)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with brands in wellness, sustainability, or boutique hospitality
  • Background in graphic design (for stories, post layouts, or brand-aligned visuals)
  • Ability to propose and film original content on-site
  • Being based in or near Sevilla, Málaga, or surrounding areas, to allow for regular visits to La Donaira for content capture
