Join insightsoftware's growing social media team as a Social Media Creative Associate! You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content across various platforms. This role requires strong design and video editing skills, experience with social media content creation, and proficiency in design tools. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives. The position offers the potential to become full-time. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital design, or social media production (in-house or agency)
  • Portfolio of social-first creative work—can include graphics, video, animation, or campaign samples
  • Strong understanding of platform-native content formats and creative best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or CapCut
  • Proficiency with AI-based creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) to support ideation, content creation, and production at scale
  • Ability to turn around content quickly while maintaining high quality
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable iterating on creative direction

Responsibilities

  • Develop original content for our organic and paid social channels—including static graphics, memes, short-form videos, GIFs, and motion posts
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Associate to translate campaign goals into scroll-stopping visual assets
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and format changes to ensure our creative is modern, relevant, and optimized for performance
  • Partner with Brand and Design teams to uphold visual identity and ensure consistency across channels and campaigns
  • Edit and adapt long-form video and webinar content into bite-sized social clips optimized by channel
  • Support ongoing brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments with creative ideas and execution
  • Organize and manage content libraries and working files for reuse and scale
  • Collaborate with social strategy, paid digital, and content marketing teams to ensure assets support business objectives and performance benchmarks

Preferred Qualifications

Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills a plus
