Join our team as a Social Media Manager to oversee social planning and execution for Ragan and PR Daily, developing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role of 2+ years
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Canva, Sprout, etc
• Proficiency in creating, launching and running programmatic campaigns
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, market and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
• Posting daily on all channels for Ragan and PR Daily, while monitoring all social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement
• Programmatic ad placement and analysis
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall content and marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
