Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media manager creating effective strategies and campaigns, proficient with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design, brand consistency, and best practices for success on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong capacity to organize information, create multimedia content (graphic design, image posts, videography), and manage multiple complex projects at the same time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and a team player who can work independently and also take direction and adjust quickly to feedback from the internal team

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with effective social media trends and styles, plan creative on-brand concepts, and craft compelling content for our target B2B and B2C audiences
  • Work with AI-tools and other creatives (including writers, videographers, graphic designers) to deliver multimedia content, optimized for each social media platform
  • Manage the social marketing communications calendar and schedule/publish social media content across multiple accounts
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Ensure alignment of social media and email marketing content and messaging
  • Manage reputation and communicate with customers on different channels
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to run successful ad campaigns
  • Monitor analytics to refine organic strategies and improve results
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management
