As a Social Platform Support Specialist, you will support YouTube and social media content amplification across the Microsoft Cloud Marketing ecosystem. You will own content distribution strategy, serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, review content, partner with team members, educate stakeholders, create and schedule posts, perform quality checks, participate in meetings, provide visibility into editorial calendars, act as an audience expert, document processes, work with stakeholders to manage content, compile metrics, present project ideas, and more. This remote Dublin-based role requires 2+ years of client-facing experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong collaborative skills. The compensation range is 60,000 - 63,000.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or large corporate enterprise
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across integrated teams
  • Ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to team members and clients
  • Customer service experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience analyzing data and formulating actionable insights to share with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • You are comfortable working remotely
  • You can work on a Dublin schedule with a global team across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Own and implement the content distribution strategy across YouTube channels and support social workstreams such as events and announcements, blog, and marketing play content
  • Serve as the first point of contact for product marketing, engineering, and PR stakeholders within Microsoft who wish to submit content for upload to our channels
  • Review content amplification requests against established copy and creative best practices, accessibility standards, and the Microsoft Writing Style Guide and suggest content revisions and adjustments
  • Partner with Cloud Marketing Blog and Social team members and stakeholders to provide tactical guidance and education on strategic content amplification
  • Educate stakeholders about the value of YouTube and the best way to leverage the platform
  • Create and schedule posts in Sprinklr Modern Marketing platform for YouTube and social media within the team’s standard SLAs
  • Perform thorough quality checks on all videos and social posts before they are published
  • Participate in meetings with the Cloud Marketing Blog and Social Team to discuss performance, develop actionable insights, and establish prioritization of content
  • Provide visibility into monthly editorial calendar plans via Sprinklr
  • Act as an audience expert for all Cloud Marketing YouTube and social channels and utilize data to inform recommendations
  • Document processes and best practices and help onboard and cross-train team members
  • Work with stakeholders to retire out-of-date videos and ensure YouTube profiles remain relevant and enticing to our audience
  • Compile metrics and synthesize insights monthly and ad hoc
  • Present ideas for projects to refine processes and improve the overall health of channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience using Sprinklr and YouTube’s CMS
  • An interest in media platforms and knowledge about best practices and trends across YouTube and social media
