Sociology Consultant/Professor

Summary

As a Consultant, you will design and implement a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for applicants. This role involves creating competency-based assessments, providing expert recommendations on optimizing methodologies, and collaborating with our methodologist. Continuous improvement and quality assurance of the framework and tests are also key responsibilities. This is a fully remote, freelance position ideal for those with a Master's or PhD in Sociology and relevant experience.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Sociology
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Sociology or a related field
• Have an advanced (C1) or above level of English
• Have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
• Be passionate and experienced in working with AI Models
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs
• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
• Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes
