Requirements

  • Possess 8 years of IT industry experience
  • Have experience in an Endpoint management role
  • Be passionate about your work, proactive, client-focused and believe in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering
  • Be able to work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team, maintaining high relationship building skills
  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Achieve Baseline clearance (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of escalation and provide mentoring and coaching to engineers
  • Design endpoint solutions
  • Implement endpoint solutions
  • Optimize endpoint solutions
  • Work with a variety of innovative technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the IT ecosystem
  • Define standards

  • Respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycle
  • Advanced End User Management experience
  • Knowledge of modern and traditional SOE management methodologies
  • Good financial management practices
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, as well as good judgement
  • Adherence to budget, schedule, work plans, and performance requirements
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective presentation, consultative and planning skills
