Summary

Join Red Cell Partners as a Software Architect and assist in business requirements and designing technical architectures to address current and future needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and recommending technologies that align with business objectives, developing proof of concepts, and ensuring comprehensive and accessible documentation of technical design specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures
  • Experience in developing and integrating applications using cloud services. Proficiency in C# and Python is a plus
  • Extensive experience with data design, optimization, and management
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, including containerizing applications and managing Docker images and registries
  • Proficient in Kubernetes, with experience in deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications in Kubernetes clusters
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud and containerized environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Assist architecture team to develop and implement technical architectural strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design scalable, secure, and robust architectural solutions tailored to business needs, and establish standards to ensure technical and business process alignment
  • Anticipate potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate technical debt before it arises
  • Evaluate technical solutions for feasibility and risk in relation to business needs
  • Ensure comprehensive and accessible documentation of technical design specifications and their business justifications for both business and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure product delivery matches the standards set by the architecture team
