Remote Software Customer Support Specialist

Summary

Join Campspot's team as a Software Support Specialist, assisting software customers via phone, email, and chat. You will master Campspot's reservation software and expertly guide campground staff. This full-time, salaried position offers remote work flexibility, primarily remote but prioritizing local Grand Rapids candidates. The schedule includes weekends and some evenings. A high level of technical ability is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Assist software customers during scheduled software support hours
• Work with campground and resort staff on inbound call/email/chat questions
• Become a master of the ‘ins and outs’ of the Campspot reservation software
• Courteously share expertise with campground management and staff by phone, email, and remote desktop demonstration

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service or related roles such as sales, account management, customer success, etc
• Experience working in the recreation/hospitality/tourism industry
• Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Proficient in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel
