Summary

The Software Defined Datacenter Specialist will provide technical leadership to clients in assessing, installing, configuring, and implementing the company's products and services. They are expected to resolve medium/high complexity incidents while adhering to the agreed SLA with the client. The role involves 24x7 operations and on-call duties, documenting internal procedures, participating in preventive maintenance, and attending technology lifecycle events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of previous experience as a technology consultant/infrastructure administrator in technology service companies (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience in the position and/or project management of virtualization and cloud computing (desirable)
  • Availability for passive 24x7 on-call duties (1 week per month)
  • Relevant university studies
  • Technical English

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership to clients in assessing, installing, configuring, and implementing the company's products and services
  • Resolve medium/high complexity incidents while adhering to the agreed SLA with the client
  • Perform 24x7 operations and on-call duties as per defined schedule
  • Document internal procedures and deliverables to clients
  • Participate in the preventive maintenance process
  • Attend technology lifecycle events and meetings with team members and manufacturers
  • Set up testing laboratories to simulate environments and procedures for client applications
  • Provide internal training as needed
