Join our team as a Software Defined Datacenter Specialist and provide technical leadership to clients, resolve complex incidents, and participate in the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 5 years as a technological consultant / infrastructure administrator in technology service companies (desirable)
• Proven experience in the position and/or management of virtualization and cloud computing projects (desirable)
• Availability for passive 24x7 guards (1 week per month)
• University studies related to the field
• Technical English

Responsibilities

• Understand and resolve assigned medium/ high complexity incidents, respecting the SLA agreed with the client
• Provide technical leadership to clients in the discovery, installation, configuration, and implementation of products and services
• Perform 24x7 operations and guards according to a defined schedule
• Perform high and execution of tasks on demand 9x5
• Document internal procedures and deliverables to clients
• Participate in the sales process
• Participate in the life cycle of technologies, actively assisting in events and meetings with team members and manufacturers
• Assemble test laboratories to simulate environments and procedures for clients
• Provide internal training according to demand
