Requirements

• Possess at least B2 level German and English language skills
• Have strong experience in using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Have experience with Genesys, Parloa, or Cognigy platforms
• Be proficient in handling APIs, especially REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Conversational AI (Parloa, Cognigy) to create complex and customized contact center solutions
• Write code directly in the cloud, eliminating the need for traditional development environments
• Participate in 2-3 projects concurrently, each offering new professional challenges
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Have knowledge of Node.js, Angular, or Python
