Requirements

• At least B2 level German and English language skills
• Strong experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Genesys, Parloa, or Cognigy platforms
• Confident handling of APIs, especially REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Conversational AI (Parloa, Cognigy) to create complex and customized contact center solutions
• Write code directly in cloud-based software environments
• Participate in 2-3 projects simultaneously, each offering new professional challenges
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Node.js, Angular, or Python
