Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications to support the company's digital recruitment initiatives
- Optimize and maintain existing software systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders, recruiters, and data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement API integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems
