Software Developer

Summary

Join our client, a small Sydney-based ERP solutions provider, as a Software Developer and contribute to building scalable web applications with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, C#, and ASP.NET
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Backbone.js, Bootstrap 5, jQuery highly desirable
• Experience with source control systems (e.g. TFS, Git)
• Strong understanding of database design and management, preferably with SQL Server
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing applications for performance and scalability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team’s success
• Attend daily stand-up meetings
