Software Developer-AI Trainer

Summary

Join Mindrift, a platform connecting specialists with AI projects, as an AI Tutor in Coding. You will collaborate on projects focused on improving the capabilities of GenAI models. Typical tasks include generating prompts to challenge AI, defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correcting model responses using your domain expertise. This freelance role is fully remote, allowing you to work on your own schedule. You'll gain valuable experience, enhance your portfolio, and influence the future of AI. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of professional Python experience, and code review experience. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) is also necessary.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience with Python
• Code review experience is a must
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge
