Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline
• Above-average grades
• Obtained degree within the past 1 year, or currently studying for it
• Some programming ability in languages such as Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript
• Good level of written and spoken English (B2)
• Excellent team working and collaboration skills
• Italian residency or relocation plans to Italy
• If from a non-EU country, a valid EU visa or work permit is required

Responsibilities

Job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback to gain hands-on experience of the state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies used in the agile product development organization
