Requirements

  • 1-3 years of software engineering and QA experience, including a firm understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Experience as a team member on project and support teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with non-technical colleagues (internal and external end users)
  • Ability to take end user feedback and see it through to a completely developed result
  • Experience with Agile practices in a cross-functional environment
  • Passion for pragmatic software design

Responsibilities

  • Support business stakeholders
  • Evolve business intelligence (BI) reporting
  • Help design and implement a new QA program across the platform
  • Work directly with the Head of Product, the engineering team, and colleagues across other departments to solve problems
  • Build technical solutions
  • Help navigate incredibly powerful datasets using the BI stack and user-facing data discovery tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BigQuery, Looker, and/or other BI tools
  • Experience writing test suites and leveraging QA tools
