Requirements

• Bring over 5 years of professional working experience
• Like to ship high-quality code and make deadlines for yourself
• Focus on the things that matter and push back on things that don't
• Love to code, build stuff for fun on nights and weekends, contribute to open source, and have deep expertise in certain areas
• Be really smart, a top student in computer science program or self-taught programmer from an early age
• Be curious, want to understand how things work, value interesting things outside your discipline, like teaching others and constantly learning
• Be scrappy and entrepreneurial, built apps for fun, worked on side projects, interested in all aspects of startups
• Care about the product, value good design, enjoy thinking about why certain products work and discussing new apps
• Have good values, enjoy hanging out with teammates, make the workplace more fun for everyone, and care about doing the right thing

Responsibilities

• Contribute in all areas
• Ship product from hack days to experimental prototypes
• Rapidly grow and improve by working with smart engineers, learning from feedback, and engaging in deep conversations
• Help shape the product through beta testing new prototypes and talking directly with users
• Learn about startups by fundraising, recruiting, negotiating an office lease, and connecting with mentors and advisors
• Be an owner by running critical token sales or leading work on new platforms
• Create the future by working at the forefront of crypto, building something the world has never seen before
