Software Engineer

Summary

This position requires extensive experience building and maintaining production systems at scale, proficiency in Typescript and DevOps, and a solid understanding of Ethereum development. Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience building and maintaining full-stack production systems at scale
• Experience with Typescript
• Dev ops expertise (Github CI/CD, Terraform, AWS)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic experience with Ethereum development and testing (Ethers, Foundry)
• Willing to work on a contract that is limited to 3 months but may later become long-term

Responsibilities

• Design and implement key improvements to the Everclear (prev Connext) codebases, focusing on enhancing product quality and protocol reliability
• Take ownership of maintaining and improving our existing stack, with an emphasis on off-chain infrastructure
• Support system-wide monitoring and alerting to ensure our infrastructure remains robust and reliable
• Engage across the org to solve unique on-chain, off-chain product problems
• Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly
• Effectively co-work with remote teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and project progression

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with other protocols, preferably in the interoperability space
• Experience with Solidity, Rust
• Experience with UX(UI, API) design
