Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience in Rust or interest in learning it
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Ability to come up with technical solutions and application architecture
  • Hands on experience with Observability
  • Collaborate with others in an open-source culture, open to feedback with a critical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Work on the design, implementation, testing and release of the new version of Zombienet-sdk
  • Author documentation and learning material related to the new version
  • Migrate the current workload from TypeScript version to SDK
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the TypeScript (v1) version of the tool
  • Help the team to explore and understand new use cases from the developers community
  • Contribute to the performance and observability enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

Some ability to work with infrastructure technologies (e.g k8s)
