Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in architectural design of web applications using object-oriented languages or development using Java
  • Experience with AWS and Spring-based development
  • Business-level Japanese language skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal systems tailored to various needs within PayPay
  • Design and develop front-end and back-end applications
  • Handle a wide range of tasks across various domains
  • Construct web applications
  • Drive improvement initiatives focused on automation and efficiency
  • Implement systems based on business requirements and designs from internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in web application development and REST API implementation using one or more general-purpose programming languages
  • Experience in developing and operating web systems using AWS
  • Experience in implementing and operating automated testing and deployment using CI tools
  • Experience in tool development using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, VBScript, PowerShell, or RPA, as well as systematic maintenance and management of small-scale tools
  • Experience in business design and system implementation based on business design in development projects
  • Experience in implementing and improving agile development processes
  • English proficiency (able to communicate via email and internal chat)
