Summary
Join Podium's Payments team in Brazil as a Full-Stack Software Engineer and contribute to explosive GPV growth. You will play a key role in expanding revenue potential through AI-powered automation and innovative features. This position requires 4+ years of professional software development experience and expertise in at least one modern language like Elixir, Go, Ruby, or Rust. Experience with web infrastructure, distributed systems, and architectural patterns of large-scale web applications is essential. Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years of coding experience with at least one modern language such as Elixir, Go, Ruby, or Rust, with function-oriented design
- Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)

- Drive explosive GPV growth and expand our revenue potential through AI-powered automation, seamless integrations, and innovative features
- Play a key role in shaping the future of payments for local U.S. businesses, building intelligent solutions that unlock new opportunities and fuel long-term success
- Contribute to continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on an Agile development team, in a hyper-growth SaaS setting
- Experience working with FinTech or Payments APIs
- Passion for mentoring your peers and problem-solving
- Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and code
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application, such as well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms
