Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge in NextJS & ReactJS
• Strong knowledge in PHP programming language
• Experience with Wordpress development
• Understanding of database technologies
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Passionate about self-improvement and web technologies
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to address change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and address maintenance for our Product Portfolio
• Ensure peak performance of our digital assets and swiftly resolve any issues
• Deliver high code quality standards
• Identify the causes of reported bugs and implement the respective fixes
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers, software and test engineers in an Agile setup
• Evaluate the impact of features and defects alongside the Product Owner
• Adhere diligently to industry and company software development standards
• Share and promote your ideas towards the improvement of the products and the business
• Improve usability of the platform for our Product Team
• Introduce new features that facilitate site migration and creation on the platform
• Maintain & keep sites up to date
• Achieve sprint commitments regularly
• Challenge the decisions taken within the team with fresh new ideas and solutions
