Summary
Join Rula's Internal Tools team and build streamlined workflows for the support team, maintaining the platform for other engineering teams. This role involves working closely with support agents and engineers. We seek candidates with 3+ years of software engineering experience, cross-functional team experience, and full-stack experience building modern database-backed web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka. Requirements
- 3+ year of software engineering experience
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications
Responsibilities
- Build streamlined workflows for the support team
- Maintain the platform for other engineering teams to build their support flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Production experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka
- Previous experience working on Internal tools teams
- Experience working on a platform team
- Experience or interest in building good UX
- Collaborative working style, and bias to helping others in the team grow
- High personal awareness, and growth mindset
