Summary

Join Samsara's Smart Trailer and Connected Equipment team as a full-stack engineer and contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions for tracking equipment utilization, monitoring loads and temperature, and providing comprehensive asset tracking. This remote role, open to US candidates (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metro Area), offers the opportunity to impact global industries by building scalable, innovative solutions for millions of IoT devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion Samsara's cultural principles, and work closely with customers to ensure positive outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in software development
  • Strong programming/coding fundamentals with proficiency in at least one of the following: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Deliver features by being willing to work across role and team boundaries, including collaboration with our cross functional partners like hardware, firmware and product
