Software Engineer

Summary

Join Samsara's Smart Trailer and Connected Equipment team as a full-stack engineer and contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions for tracking equipment utilization, monitoring loads and temperature, and providing comprehensive asset tracking. This remote role, open to Canadian residents, offers the opportunity to impact global industries by building scalable, impactful software, firmware, and hardware. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on a range of technologies while enjoying a customer-focused approach and a supportive team environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of software development experience and proficiency in at least one specified programming language. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in software development
• Strong programming/coding fundamentals with proficiency in at least one of the following: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
