Requirements
- BTech/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals - you understand data structures, algorithms, and software design practices
- 3-5 years experience in server-side technologies such as Scala, Elixir, Java, AWS and experience building enterprise-grade scalable and performant applications
- Proven experience in defining architecture and leading software development projects
- 3-5 years experience with frontend technologies including Typescript, Javascript, React, MaterialUI, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and experience building large-scale responsive web applications
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technical architecture of our software products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Drive backend development efforts using GraphQL, AWS, Scala, Akka, Elixir, Java, PHP, designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
- Drive frontend development initiatives using React, Typescript, Sass, Bootstrap, or other modern frontend frameworks, collaborating with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to ensure alignment on technical requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines, promoting code quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, identifying areas for optimization, automation, and process enhancements
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and coding standards to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
