Summary

Standard Metrics is looking to add a senior-level fullstack engineer to their team. The engineer will design, architect, and build the core product, collaborate with the product team, contribute to company culture, and future hiring efforts. They should have at least 8 years of fullstack development experience, expertise in modern web and SPA frameworks, and understanding of modern software development practices.

Requirements

8+ years of fullstack development experience
Strong record of building and delivering web applications
Expertise in a modern web framework (Django, Rails, Express, Gin, etc.)
Expertise in a modern SPA framework (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

Responsibilities

Design, architect, and build Standard Metrics’ core product as a member of the engineering team
Take ownership of entire outcomes, and continue to support and grow them through iteration, documentation, and bug fixes. We do not have a QA team
Collaborate with the product team in scoping and defining the features that will best help the company achieve the outcomes aligned with our goals and the values we believe in
Be an active contributor to the company culture and future hiring efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, CircleCI, etc.) preferred, but not required
