Summary
Join Xero as a Software Engineer and play a crucial role in integrating Syft Analytics into our ecosystem. You will build reliable, scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop high-quality software that transforms complex data into actionable insights for our customers. This hands-on role requires experience in software development, proficiency in Node.js (Express) and React, and a collaborative mindset. Requirements
- Have experience in software development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Be proficient in Node.js (Express) and React, with practical experience in building applications using these frameworks
- Demonstrate a proven ability to independently design, implement, and deliver production-ready features while debugging complex issues and maintaining application stability in a commercial environment
- Possess a solid understanding of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Have a collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact projects to integrate Syft Analytics, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics features
- Develop high-quality software that transforms complex data into actionable insights
- Uphold engineering excellence by driving best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain system stability and performance
Preferred Qualifications
Have familiarity with modern development tools and practices, with exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
