Join Marqeta's AI Technology Team as a Software Developer focused on Developer Productivity and GenAI Applications. You will develop and implement GenAI applications to enhance developer productivity, working with cutting-edge AI technologies. Requirements

• Familiarity with AWS services such as: CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda, and Step Functions, Q developer and Bedrock
• Experience and/or familiarity in software delivery pipelines and CI/CD systems
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go
• Familiarity with Terraform, IaC, Helm charts
• A passion for software security and code quality, Github, Copilot experience
• Communication skills - including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters, articulate issues in a clear and concise manner, and present effectively in both oral and written presentations
• Team-oriented approach – can effectively participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude, attention to detail
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software to improve developer productivity using the latest GenAI technologies
• Implement AI-powered applications to support important and high-impact business use cases to promote efficiency and productivity
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Review and debug code to ensure the creation of high-quality, robust software
• Perform validation and verification testing to ensure software performance and reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products
• Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and apply them to improve developer productivity and GenAI applications
