Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a demonstrated focus on developer experience, infrastructure, or CI/CD
 - Strong proficiency with CI/CD systems (e.g., BuildKite, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
 - Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
 - Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
 - A collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for helping other engineers succeed
 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 
Responsibilities
- Evolve our CI/CD platforms to provide faster, more reliable feedback loops to engineers
 - Build and own the internal tooling, build systems, and local development environments that form the foundation of our engineering workflow
 - Identify and integrate cutting-edge tools and practices, including AI-powered assistants, to amplify developer creativity and productivity
 - Autonomously lead well-defined, multi-month projects that deliver clear improvements to the engineering team's productivity and technical quality
 - Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to understand their pain points, gather requirements, and deliver solutions they love to use
 - Champion and implement best practices for development, testing, and deployment
 - Contribute to the team's roadmap and strategy by identifying opportunities for high-impact improvements
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building internal developer platforms or portals
 - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
 - Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Chronosphere, Prometheus, Grafana)
