Responsibilities

  • Pair program with team members to gain hands-on experience and learn our development processes
  • Participate in team discussions about tools and technologies while contributing to brainstorming sessions
  • Begin learning the technologies we use, such as Typescript, React, Terraform, and AWS, through direct collaboration with the team
  • Work on individual and team software engineering projects, contributing to production-ready software
  • Actively participate in all team meetings and events to understand how different departments collaborate
  • Suggest improvements to team processes and workflows based on your observations
  • Take ownership of individual tasks and contribute independently to team projects
  • Share insights and knowledge about the latest technologies and tools, contributing to team learning and growth
  • Collaborate with other interns on a group-led project that will have a real impact
