Requirements

• Experienced in startup culture and engineering architecture
• Proven track record in team leadership and development
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, who's worked extensively with React and Node.js
• 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally as a direct manager

Responsibilities

• Directly manage an agile team of 6-8 software development engineers
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech operations teams
• Drive the creation of new products and add-ons
• Deliver innovative solutions
• Shape project scope for your team in partnership with product and design leaders
• Continuously improve our end-to-end architecture and developer experience
