Requirements

• 3+ years in a engineering leadership role, ideally as a direct manager
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with React and Node.js
• Track record of managing people end-to-end, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, performance managing, and letting people go when necessary
• Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technologies and best practices
• Stickler for great developer experience
• U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Directly manage an agile team of 6-8 software development engineers
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and tech operations teams
• Shape project scope for your team in partnership with product and design leaders
• Continuously improve our end-to-end architecture and developer experience
