Requirements

• Recent college degree or completion of a coding boot camp or other similar program completion
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and document complex business logic
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills and time management skills
• An eye for design details and polish

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and execute test procedures for new features, bug fixes, and improvements
• Perform mainly manual testing, with potential expansion to automated testing
• Document clear and concise bug write-ups so developers understand them the first time
• Root cause analysis and investigation of bugs
• Identify and champion process improvements to increase quality and speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior software testing experience (but we really are looking for a recent grad for this role)
• Automated testing experience
