Solidity Developer

Summary

The job is for a Solidity Developer with 5+ years of experience in another programming stack or language and at least 1 year of Solidity development. The role involves producing high-quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code, working on new features for protocols, creating new technical DeFi primitives, conducting technical due diligence, integrating front ends with smart contract code, achieving comprehensive unit and integration test coverage, and designing new functionality. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and the broad decentralized finance ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in another programming stack or language
• 1+ years of Solidity smart contract development experience
• Understanding of Javascript Ethereum SDK’s (web3.js, ethers.js)
• Experience deploying Dapps or smart contracts on to Ethereum
• Smart contract dev tools/frameworks - hardhat and truffle
• CI/CD setup experience
• Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and the broad decentralized finance ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code
• Work on new features for the protocols
• Create new technical DeFi primitives
• Conduct technical due diligence and understand dynamics/tradeoffs between different blockchain protocols
• Work closely with the product team towards building out a DeFi application
• Integrate front ends with smart contract code
