Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership to drive the solutioning process
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking with broad knowledge across multiple technical domains: Network infrastructure and architecture; Software development and engineering; Enterprise architecture; System integration
  • Understanding of enterprise IT operations and experience with technical decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and execute within established strategic framework
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges and build effective working relationships across the organization
  • Proficient experience with: Cloud technologies (AWS & Azure); DevOps; Agile Development; APIs; Data Management

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for products to guide their maintenance and modernization
  • Integrate with new and legacy technologies to improve product capabilities and performance
  • Design and manage the architecture of servers, storage, networks, and cloud services to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Champion the use of the infrastructure standards, procedures, and best practices within the team
  • Provide technical assistance, guidance, and advice on high impact incidents and problems to ensure that Infrastructure continues to effectively support the business
  • Maintain and facilitate the process for Infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Create architectural diagrams, boundary diagrams, and other technical documentation as required/requested
  • Understand a complex web of modern and legacy solutions to evaluate how updates and new systems will interact with and impact the existing network of solutions
  • Be hands on to help create, maintain configuration and code to lead implementation of solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare systems and processes experience
  • Government experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) with an understanding of healthcare standards (FHIR, EDI)
