Join HSO, a leading Microsoft partner, as a Solution Architect Manufacturing and help manufacturing companies find the right IT solutions. You will be responsible for consulting, solution design, implementation, and project leadership using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manufacturing processes to deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with clients and the project team, applying HSO's project methodology. Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 developments and utilize tools like the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, along with project experience in business application consulting.

Requirements

• Completed degree in STEM, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and relevant experience in the processes of manufacturing companies and the handling of these processes in the area of Dynamics 365
• Project experience in consulting on business applications as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm
• Industry knowledge in the area of production and logistics
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing companies in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business needs
• Be a key member of the project governance team, responsible for scope, architecture, budget, and quality
• Work closely with clients to understand and analyze their business processes
• Develop customized solutions and concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Lead the technical implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the client's existing IT infrastructure
• Manage and lead the HSO project team and the client to ensure successful project completion
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within the manufacturing sector
• Apply HSO's project methodology (HSO Excellerate™) in classic or agile approaches
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations and other modern products like the Microsoft Power Platform
