Summary
Join Deputy, a global SaaS workforce management company, as a Solution Designer! This critical role acts as the linchpin between various departments, owning and managing applications like Zuora, Salesforce, and Netsuite. You will be responsible for project delivery, gathering requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving project execution. This position requires a strong background in solution architecture, SaaS technologies, and experience with Zuora and Salesforce. You will partner with stakeholders, lead projects, and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements
- Possess 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect (or equivalent) with a focus on SaaS technologies and billing, particularly with Zuora and Salesforce
- Be hands-on, writing architecture/solution designs, collaborating with others, and making system changes
- Design end-to-end solutions meeting business needs, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration
- Have practical experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) to develop roadmaps aligning technology with business objectives
- Demonstrate the ability to influence others and drive decisions in a dynamic, customer-focused environment; possess strong listening, understanding, and persuasion skills
- Possess technical acumen and a strategic understanding of systems supporting a SaaS organization, including Salesforce and Zuora
- Have advanced SQL knowledge
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Architectural Leader for challenging and complex projects impacting the domain
- Partner with various stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization
- Act as the broad knowledge expert in the domain
- Lead and deliver projects from both architectural and hands-on perspectives
- Present solutions to both technical and non-technical team members at all company levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Have CPQ experience
- Hold Salesforce certifications
- Have Java development experience
- Hold TOGAF certification
