Summary
Join Limble, a leading Maintenance Management SaaS (CMMS) platform, as a Solutions Architect, Integrations. Lead the design and strategy of integrations between our CMMS platform and ERP/other third-party systems. Define best practices, map workflows, and create scalable, reusable integration frameworks. Engage with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand integration requirements and define use cases. Design and document integration workflows to ensure seamless data exchange and automation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations are implemented as designed. Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms to optimize efficiency. Monitor and improve integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business systems, integrations, or enterprise architecture
- Deep understanding of system workflows and process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Familiarity with iPaaS and low-code tools (Workato, Make.com , Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.)
- Understanding of API-based integrations, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and strategy for integrations between our CMMS platform and external systems
- Engage with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand integration requirements and define use cases
- Design and document integration workflows that ensure seamless data exchange and automation
- Create standardized, reusable and scalable integration templates to accelerate customer onboarding
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations are implemented as designed
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and improve integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP, CMMS, or SaaS integrations is a strong plus
