Leverage your expertise in data strategy, client relationship management, and business intelligence to articulate the transformative power of Lumin Digital. Translate complex data concepts into actionable outcomes to build trust with senior stakeholders and expand solution adoption. Collaborate with teams to understand client objectives and deliver compelling data showcasing positive impact. Design and present tailored data solutions to address client challenges. Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics and business intelligence, focusing on customer insights, risk modeling, and operational efficiency. Develop proof-of-concept dashboards and data visualizations. Assist in pre-sales discovery and translate business needs into functional analytics specifications. Contribute to RFP responses and lead workshops to define key metrics and success criteria. This role requires significant travel.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a client-facing analytics or insights consulting role, ideally within digital banking or fintech
• Proven track record building and deploying BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and presenting insights to executive audiences
• Deep understanding of financial data, including customer behavior, digital engagement, and fraud prevention
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives demonstrating ROI
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, consultative environment supporting cross-functional client engagements
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and an understanding of modern data stack concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Ability to travel 30–50% as needed to support client and team engagements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support teams to understand client objectives and deliver compelling data that showcases positive impact from Lumin Digital’s platform capabilities
• Design and present tailored data solutions to address client challenges across digital banking and overall FI goals
• Serve as the subject matter expert on analytics and business intelligence, focusing on customer insights, risk modeling, and operational efficiency
• Develop proof-of-concept dashboards and data visualizations to demonstrate impact and usability for C-level and operational stakeholders
• Assist in pre-sales discovery and collaborate with internal technical teams to translate business needs into functional analytics specifications
• Contribute to RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with client goals
• Lead workshops and client working sessions to define key metrics, reporting frameworks, and success criteria
